Individual Therapy

Understanding and changing the patterns that shape how you think, feel, and live.

Therapy Doesn’t Have to Be Complicated

Many people arrive at therapy already thinking deeply about their situation. They may have read books, listened to podcasts, or spent years trying to understand themselves.

What is often missing is not intelligence or effort — it is a way of making sense of things that feels clear and manageable.

At its best, therapy is simply a thoughtful conversation that helps bring patterns into focus so change becomes possible.

How I Work

Therapy with me is collaborative and conversational.

I don’t expect you to perform therapy, search for the perfect words, or carry the discussion on your own. My role is to help clarify what is happening, untangle patterns, and bring things into focus in a way that feels steady and understandable.

The goal is not endless analysis. The goal is practical insight and meaningful change.

Over time, many people find they begin responding differently to situations that once felt overwhelming or stuck.

What People Often Seek Help With

People come to individual therapy for many different reasons.

Some are dealing with anxiety or persistent stress. Others feel caught in habits or emotional patterns that repeat despite their best efforts to change them.

Common areas of work include:

  • anxiety and chronic stress
  • recurring emotional patterns
  • habits that feel difficult to change
  • burnout or persistent tension
  • life transitions and decision making

Sometimes the goal is relief. Sometimes it is understanding. Often it becomes both.

Therapy Online

All sessions are conducted online.

Working online allows you to meet from wherever you feel most comfortable without commuting or rearranging your day. Over time I have found that meaningful therapeutic work translates extremely well to a secure online setting.

What matters most is attention, presence, and honest conversation — not sharing the same room.

Request a Consult

If you feel that speaking together may be helpful, you are welcome to get in touch. Consultations are simply an opportunity to discuss whether therapy may be helpful. There is no obligation to continue beyond that conversation.
