I am a Registered Psychotherapist celebrating 20 years in private practice, working with individuals and couples experiencing stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and recurring behavioural patterns.
My work focuses on helping people understand the patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, and habits, and supporting them in making practical and lasting changes.
